This technique is now my all time favorite and I want to share it with you. It's very relaxing to do. I'm calling it the Plume Bloom because it reminds me of a feather plume and typically I do it with the Bloom recipe but in today's video I try American Floetrol with regular paints and boy do I love the results. BUT WAIT! There's more. After the 1st part of this video I'm going to show you how to transform one of these paintings into a magical scene.
