The third part of the film, ’The Tale of Olympia’, has a stellar cast, including Sir Robert Helpmann, Sir Frederick Ashton, Moira Shearer, Leonide Massine and Lumilla Tcherina. The choreography is by Sir Frederick Ashton. The music, ’The Tales of Hoffman’, is by Jacques Offenbach. The orchestra is the Royal Philharmonic under the baton of Sir Thomas Beecham.
