How to fold an origami T-Rex Head that opens and closes. Special for members I designed and made a tutorial for Edmontosaurus which was one of the dinosaurs on the T-rex's menu according to archeologists. To access the Edmontosaurus tutorial, join as a member click here: You can preview the thumbnail to the Edmontosaurus here: The Tyrannosaurus Rex taught in this video includes a 2-fingered claw on an arm that moves up and down, AND the model can fly as an airplane, though not very well. To make it fly much farther, simply feed the T-rex a coin (insert into the mouth and down the neck so that it lodges into the throat as shown in the tutorial. When you throw it as shown in the video, it will fly far like a spinning dart. Securing a coin or weight onto just about any origami model will allow it to fly far, but be careful not to hit any unsuspecting people, because they could get hurt. I would think that playing catch, would be pretty safe, but I leave it up to you or your guardian to determine how to safely play with this model and other coin bearing models.
