Vivek Ramaswamy Pledges Russia-Ukraine Peace Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has promised to drive a wedge between Moscow and Beijing and end the conflict in Ukraine if elected, simultaneously slamming Biden’s policy. Ramaswamy insisted Washington and NATO had driven the West closer to global war and “into China’s hands,” adding that his plans would help protect Taiwan by deterring Chinese President Xi Jinping.
