Our fully automated offline programmed aluminum boat welding cell. We have integrated a seam finding and following camera system together with Verbotics offline programming software to make a robot cell that is fully programmed offline saving lots of valuable time for the customer. Production efficeny has increased by about 50% compared to the previous manual welding setup
