Fender Super-Sonic 22: Rockin Redneck Tele

Shane Nicholas tests a blonde Super-Sonic 22 amp’s BURN channel with a white ’52 Telecaster® Reissue guitar set to the bridge pickup. The amp’s BURN channel is set with a moderate amount of the GAIN 1 preamp, and a small amount of GAIN 2 added. This combination adds overdrive and harmonics without compressing the attack or “snap“ of the strings. A Boss Space Echo pedal is patched into the amp’s effects loop to add some slapback.
