Slice off the top of the Asian pear, thoroughly washed, and scoop out the core. Use a chopper to juice the half of the pear flesh that you scooped out. 2. Thinly slice the bellflower root. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. 3. Pour the ground pear flesh and marinade over the beef, whose red liquid is removed, and let it rest. (tip. Pear juice makes beef tenderer.) 4. In a heated pan with a dash of oil, stir-fry the marinated beef. 5. Stuff the pear with the stir-fried ingredients, bellflower root, and jujube.
