A Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) in “XL” configuration launched the CARTOSAT – 2 Earth observation satellite, along with 103 co-passenger satellites, from the First Launch Pad (FLP) of Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) SHAR, Sriharikota, on 15 February 2017, at 03:58 UTC (09:28 IST).
