Some miscellaneous clips of flying the Quicksilver Sprint single place ultralight. Digging through the archives I found a bunch of previously unused video of the Quicksilver Sprint. In my opinion, the Quicksilver Sprint was one of the most reliable, safe, and fun to fly ultralights. In reality, the Quicksilver Sprint did not meet the 254 pound part 103 weight limit. It actually came in with the basic airplane with no nose wheel steering, no instruments, wooden propeller, and no add-ons weighing in at about 270 pounds. This required that we certified even the most basic of the Quicksilver ultralights as an experimental light sport aircraft.
