This video displays polyrhythms that fit in the same pulse and cannot be further divided, like time-stretched ones that do not fit in a felt pulse, but rather, turn one of the limbs into the pulse. The difficult part is playing these non-stop while flipping limb leads AND patterns between the limb pairs.
