Witness description: “I was working my shift which is over around 2 a.m. I transport people for a living and when I dropped him off home as I was pulling out I noticed this light in the sky, it was hovering and moving rapidly. It seemed to be changing colors from blue white and green this was around 10:30 ish and I had to pull over and film what I was seeing only thing I can think of is it can be a drone but everyone I know that is a drone enthusiast says that no drone can maneuver in that manner. So I have heard for a minute or two and then descended behind a tree in the never came back up.
