Russia has sent 33 tonnes of humanitarian cargo to Beirut Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry advised against travelling to Lebanon and Iran until the situation stabilises due to the obvious risks of continued Israeli strikes on civilian targets in Lebanon and the threat of an attacks on Iran.
