This is a follow up to my LIVE from the other day. I ended up turning these cookies into a vintage bunny cookie perfect for any elegant Easter dessert table. The taste of this sugar cookie is full of citrus notes and is very fragrant, but the texture can stand up to a lot of decorating with a nice soft bite. Here is my classic sugar cookie recipe: If you want to make it an orange cardamom tea sugar cookie just add the following: -Orange zest -3-5 sachets of cardamom black tea to the sugar cookie dough -add one to two tablespoons of orange blossom water to the royal icing for that extra punch of flavour If you are just starting out, you can definitely still give this a try, but I highly suggest checking out this tutorial on icing consistency:
