To watch in stereo: Mandalay is a song by the Electric Light Orchestra that was recorded sometime between the years 1982 and 1983. It was intended to be released on the 'Secret Messages' double album but was taken off when the intended album was reduced from a double to a single LP. This song (and 3 other outtakes - one of whitch had already been released in the UK) were finally released in 1990 as part of the 'Afterglow' box set.
