Lisa Bella Donna Live at The Music District (Pt 1) ft. Moog Matriarch, Grandmother, Sequential OB-6

On November 23rd, 2019, we welcomed Lisa Bella Donna to the Music District for a very special edition of Synthesizer Saturdays! This presentation coincided with Delia Derbyshire Day and paid homage to sonic explorations and compositional creativity in electronic music. For this performance, Lisa used a Moog Matriarch, a Moog Grandmother, and a Sequential OB-6. As part of her visit, we were able to capture 2 separate performance videos. Watch out for Part 2 in early 2020! About Lisa Bella Donna: Lisa Bella Donna is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, synthesist, consultant, and clinician. She has traveled all throughout Europe, Japan, and USA for decades as a session musician and clinician, developing extensive techniques with modular synthesis, orchestration & film composition as a recording artist. She’s been commissioned for many multichannel audio art installations in the USA and Europe. Synthesizer Saturdays is a meetup of the Fort Collins Synthesizer Enthusiasts.
