📝Pain on the inside of your elbow is often known as golfer’s elbow. But you don’t need to be a golfer to get this. . ✅Weightlifters and everyday people get it as well. The names kind of stupid if you ask me. Technically, it’s known as either a medial epicondylitis or flexor pronator mass proximal tendinonpathy… but who cares. Let’s just fix it! . 🌲The elbow is subject to extraneous force and stress when the wrist and/or shoulder are not doing their part. The shoulder-elbow relationship is an extremely important consideration for throwers. Like the knee with the hips & feet, problems up or down the kinetic chain will inevitably affect the joint in the middle. . 🙅🏽♂️Our first step is to check wrist extension. We will then stretch accordingly, release the soft tissue of the flexor/pronator forearm muscle mass, and eccentrically load the tendon. Watch the video and get rid of your elbow pain for good. .
