Volotea trip report onboard one of their Airbus 319 from Menorca to Bordeaux. On this video, you'll see the full flight from outside Menorca airport to outside in Bordeaux airport. The full flight with Volotea. Volotea is being recently called as the only “Spanish low-cost airline“, now that Vueling had called themselves a “Smart fares airline“. After this trip with Volotea I'm starting to think that way also. The price for this flight was 9'99 €uro, plus all the extras that you want to add, but you can fly for that ridiculous price (though you always end buying some extras and the price increases). The onboard experience was average, anything special to be honest. While other airlines have that kind of special atmosphere, Volotea is, in my opinion, lacking it. Thus, only if they have the lowest price in a route that I need I would fly again with them.
