The classic ending to one of Woody Allen's greatest films, Manhattan, in which Isaac Davis (Allen) realizes he made a big mistake in letting his teenaged lover Tracy (Oscar-nominated Mariel Hemingway) to - and finds her just as she's leaving for London. The last look on Isaac's wry, smiling face is reminiscient of Charlie Chaplin's look at the end of City Lights (1931) - a portion of the credits was left in to allow the sweeping “Rhapsody in Blue“ to remain intact.
