The car's designers Sydney Allard and Ronnie Greene (Wimbledon Speedway Controller) claim it is the world's smallest racing car. Driver Cyril Brine - “Salty“, well known speedway ace, prepares to test the prototype but he has to be careful since it has no brakes.
