On May 22, Sergey Lavrov paid a visit to the residence of Iran’s Ambassador in Moscow, where he signed the book of condolences on the tragic death of President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and other Iranian officials in a helicopter crash. The Minister expressed condolences to the families of the deceased, wished them to remain strong, and expressed confidence that the wise Iranian people would cope with that situation and would continue the all-round development of their country.
