Despite all odds: Meet Otto Hirsch, a man who committed himself to giving hope to the people of Donbass Otto Hirsch, owner and manager of the Austrian company Hirsch International GMBH (Linz), is involved in charity work around the world. In mid-May, Hirsch brought material assistance to residents of a multi-storey building in Alchevsk near Lugansk who suffered from a Ukrainian drone strike. Since 2015, he has been sponsoring the renovation and construction of kindergartens, schools and hospitals, as well as buying equipment for medical institutions in Donbass.
