Titles read: “BABY IN THE LIMELIGHT“. London. Brief shots of Count Haugwitz-Reventlow and his Countess wife, formerly Miss Barbara Hutton, meeting the press on the deck of a cruise ship. Several shots of exterior of their home at Winfield House in Regents Park guarded by two policemen. L/S through the gates shows the couple's two-year-old son, Lance, playing with his nurses. Commentator says Lance is “blissfully ignorant of the talk of the outside world“. Cataloguer's note: This rather oblique story is referring to the court battle between Woolworth heiress Barbara Hutton and Count Haugwitz-Reventlow regarding the upbringing of their son. Hutton wanted Lance to be brought up as an Anglo-American, the Danish Count wanted him to be brought up as a Dane. Hutton was separated from the Count around the time of this story.
