Oyakodon is a donburi, or Japanese rice bowl dish, in which chicken, egg, sliced scallion (or normal onions) and other ingredients are all simmered together in a kind of soup that is made with soy sauce and stock, and then served on top of a large bowl of rice. Recipe: -1 Rice Bowl -150g Chicken Thigh or Breast -1/2 Onion -5g Ginger -2 Eggs -Salt Sauce: -50ml Water -4 tbsp Soy Sauce -2 tbsp Sake -1 tbsp Mirin -1 tsp Sugar -1g Kombu Toppings: -Nori -Green Onions -Sesame Optional: -Sake -Heat your sake to 40°C in a 80°C water bath Instructions: 1. Cut the chicken into 1-2cm Cubes. Cut Onion thin and mince the ginger finely. Whisk the Egg, not to much, we need it fluffy. 2. Mix the Sauce and leave the chicken 30 mins in the Marinade. 3.
