Ingredients: For the Sourdough Pizza 520g Bread flour 400g Water 16g Salt 16g Olive Oil 200g Sourdough Starter For the Beef Ragu': 250g Ground Beef 1 Carrot 1 Onion 1 Garlic Clove 1 Celery Stalk 1 bunch of Parsley 1/2 Glass of White Wine 2 TBSP Tomato Paste To top it off: 1 Can of San Marzano Tomatoes Shredded Mozzarella Basil Olive Oil Side Note: this amount will make two roughly 600 g dough balls. I noticed Bonci's Authentic Lasagna Pizza is thinner, so her dough balls are probably around 500-550g each.
