In a shooting competition, gun lover Rick meets Serious Crime Unit's Ah Miu. Each recognizes the other as his own competition. At the victory deciding moment, a madman opens fire in the crowd. Rick kills the madman with one shot and tastes the joy of killing for the first time. Three years later, a murder case in which the killer opens ten shots in five seconds shocks the police. Ah Miu determines that the killer is Rick. Rick's girlfriend Colleen takes the rap for Rick while Rick challenges Ah Miu to finish the unfinished competition from three years ago.
