Nile Sport Safari team keeps on training. Next Sunday, Febtuary 25'ththe national half marathon “Source of the Nile“ will take place in our city of Jinja, traditionally attracting the best Ugandan long-distance runners. Therefore, we are tapering for this race and running short speedy laps. Coach Waiswa Lukungu shares his wealth of experience with our young athletes. Tip of the day: “When you see Joshua Cheptegei next to you, don't try to overtake him, follow your race plan.
