Russia is evacuating more than 75,000 people in areas along the border with Ukraine, following Kyiv’s invasion of the Kursk region this week. Officials in the region say a downed Ukrainian-launched missile has injured at least 13 people after debris fell onto a residential building. In Kyiv, a Russian missile has killed a father and son, Sky's Deborah Haynes has the latest on the Russia-Ukraine war.
