Dear All, Welcome to Ruchika's Good Food! Matar Kulcha is one of the most popular street food from Delhi, India. Matar/chole or white peas curry is perhaps one of the popular north India or Delhi street food. White peas cooked with onion, ginger, garlic, tomato and all “Svaadisht Bhaarateey Masaale /Flavourful Indian Spices” with tangy flavour of leman and fresh coriander. Easy to make and full of protein. Kulcha is a crispy and soft Indian flat bread popular in Amritsar, Punjab. It has a buttery texture and made with an all-purpose flour, curd, salt, leavening agents, oil and butter and baked in a tandoor/Oven and now a days “Tawa also”.
