Are Videos Deleted Or Not

I have always suspected that, in the Internet world, when you click on “Delete“ you cannot be truly sure that the file is really and permanently deleted. Well, here in Vk, I notice strange aspects: even if you click on “Delete“, the files remain anyway (at least the video ones...). Even though I deleted the videos, I still find them in my actions list and especially in the one where I put the “Likes“. Now, logically, if a video is deleted, the “Likes“ should also be deleted, but this is not the case. I therefore deduce that, in the “Likes“ lists of all the users who have put “Likes“ on my videos and my files, they still have my files visible... At this point I admit to having some reservations about how Vk manages (or manages) user data and user privacy...
