Derived from Anyo Dalawa Empty Hand Form Two, the gunting is one of the signature moves of Filipino Martial Arts and I demonstrate a defensive application of it. Modern Arnis is a Filipino Martial Art emphasizing the stick and empty hand. Jiu jitsu, karate, judo and Filipino martial arts form the backbone of this system. In addition to self defense, I emphasize fitness in my classes as well. It’s all fun! Classes are held at the Legends Community Centre in Oshawa, Ontario on Tuesday and Thursday nights. C
