Heavy winds have caused trees and power lines across Northern California to fall over, damaging cars and blocking roadways. In Modesto, Highway 132 is currently closed due to 41 fallen poles laid out between Wellsford Road and Geer Avenue. It is unknown when the highway will reopen in that area.
