XCOM 2 Long War: How to initiate a 0% Supply Raid mission

Rolled a pretty awesome Shinobi for Pistol spec. She got Sprinter and Deadshot trained in the AWC, and got Bring Em On as the third (untrained as of this recording). Otherwise speced in Ghostwalker, Lone Wolf, Hunters Instincts and Shadowstrike. In this footage, she was equipped with an Enhanced Shadowkeeper with Tracer Rounds, but will switch to Venom Rounds once they’re researched.
