The Hamburg Syndrome - Die hamburger krankheit (1979)

People begin dropping dead from a deadly epidemic that breaks out in Hamburg. Quarantine stations are set-up and a high-risk vaccine is hurriedly developed. People go outside wearing face masks and protective suits. Travel is restricted and people near infected people must quarantine.
