STL- This is a new design from FAB365 guest designer Greedy Fox. Here's a description of her design: This is Armadillo worked with FAB365. I accepted FAB365's idea that it would be good to develop it from the structure of the shrimp I had previously designed, and completed it with the help of FAB365 in designing the structure. However, it was very difficult to transform the shape by rolling it into a sphere. At first, I thought of a more realistic shape, but I thought it would be better to design it cutely, so I designed the head to be large and the body to be short. For this, several modifications were necessary. The part where my head went in was especially difficult. And depending on the condition of having to put the leg inward, the foot had to be modified several times. The long toenails were removed and designed to be short. The scales covering the entire body were actually flat and round scales laid out in a regular pattern, but they did not look natural, so they were changed randomly. After going through this arduous process, an armadillo that could roll up into an almost spherical shape was finally completed. When making and modifying this armadillo, you must know the following precautions. 1. A support was created for output stability, so be sure to remove it. 2. The stick connecting the head and tail to the body must be raised all the way to the top. 3. To make the body unfold, hold the head forward and then tilt the head back to secure it well. 4. The connecting part can be connected either at the front or the back, but it is better to connect it at the back because it is not visible when the body is unfolded. 5. When inserting the connecting part in the front, insert it in the front direction, and when inserting it in the back, insert it in the rear direction. 6. Connecting parts can be attached with adhesive. 7. When raising or folding the front legs, please check carefully as they may interfere with the torso. Although the process was very difficult, I am very happy that in the end it was completed in a form that was close to what FAB365 and I imagined. I hope you all enjoy this joy together.
