YOU WILL LOVE THIS CRAZY FUN TABATA STEP WORKOUT!!! NEW FORMAT!! After the hip hop tabata last week, I thought I would throw down the same format with a step!! Song by song tabatas with great music and the use of a step bench!! This is more of a High Intensity Interval style workout, not step aerobics. We will be using the step only today. Each song will have 2 different moves, with the tabata timing of 20 seconds or work and 10 seconds or rest.
