There are many faults with the way in which the suppressor has been attached to the receiver. Notably the suppressor locking screw hole has been cut too deeply, resulting in a pucker in the bore when the screw is tightened. additionally, the suppressor would have been ineffective as there is no attempt to slow the bullet down and so would still be supersonic when it left the barrel.
