PM Justin Trudeau and U.K. PM Rishi Sunak speak to reporters in Bali, Indonesia November 16, 2022

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Rishi Sunak, his British counterpart, speak briefly with reporters following a meeting of G7 leaders on the margins of the G20 Leaders’ Summit in Bali, Indonesia. The G7 meeting came in response to a series of Russian missile strikes on Ukraine and an explosion that occurred in Poland near the Ukrainian border. In his remarks, Prime Minister Trudeau announces the extension of a Canadian training mission for Ukrainian military that is currently underway in the U.K.
