Our breath is our vitality—it centers us and improves our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. With over half of the world’s oxygen coming from the ocean, by healing the planet, we can also heal ourselves. In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month and Mental Health Action Day, @jaidev108 guided a journey of tapping into the goodness of life and bringing fresh oxygenated air–which comes from the world's ocean–into our lungs. Strengthening our inner consciousness allows us to focus on the greater work that needs to be done in the world—so let’s tune into our inner instruments and get in touch with the sound currents surrounding us.
