I created this workout for everyone who wants to lift and grow their booty, hates squats/jumps or is injured to do a long workout standing. I am being honest, sometimes I also prefer to have a controlled workout on the mat rather than jumping and moving around like crazy. These 10 minutes will make your entire booty burn and grow. You can use ankle weights to make it even more effective. I got mine from amazon and used 2kg each side. Remember, every body is different and diet plays an important role for physical appearance.
