A few people asked me how to load this area after we release it… This is how! . 🗿One key here- the supinated grip lengthens the lats and thus provides a better lat stretch. This is because the lats are strong internal rotators, and we are externally rotating with a supinated grip. . 🍦Be patient with these movements and don’t push yourself into any real appreciable pain. I recommend starting light with these and doing the scap pull ups on the lat pulldown to start.
