Jazz impresario and pianist George Wein, affectionately referred to as “The Father of Jazz Festivals” after creating the Newport Jazz Festival in 1954, celebrates his 90th birthday with an all-star group at Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola. Joining Wein will be an incomparable group comprised of Randy Brecker, Howard Alden, Frank Kimbrough, Jay Leonhart, and Lewis Nash, all significant performers and band leaders. With bassist Jay Leonhart, drummer Lewis Nash, guitarist Howard Alden, trumpeter Randy Brecker, and pianist Frank Kimbrough
