In this segment of the Virtual Tattoo Gathering livestream, Chris, Makani and guests talk with danish tattoo artist couple Charly and Freja Phoenix. They talk about configurations, how to research as a young artists and how networking can improve your art immensely. They also share their thoughts about the work-life-balance as a married artist couple in the tattoo industry, give advice to get over the fear of starting out and how Cheyenne advanced the quality of their work. Earlier in 2020, when the lockdown began and conventions had to be cancelled, the tattoo community put their heads together to make the best of these hard and strange times. In June, Guy Aitchison held the first Virtual Tattoo Gathering where artists, collectors and those curious about the art came together.
