Just an example of why proper transfers matter. NIN 02/01/1991 San Francisco, The Warfield. The first 30 seconds are a 2nd gen cassette tape that I transferred almost 10 years ago. I would like to say my methods of transferring tapes have gotten better and I have really dialed it in as to how to properly transfer cassettes. This recording sounds muddy and even on a Nakamichi ZX7, the high gen cassette has a loss of quality. Flash forward to 2020. I have a Nakamichi CR-3 cassette deck and know how to adjus
