BETTER OFF ALONE? Despite the fact that I invite to freestyle sessions every week and wait for new participants, I chose extremely inconvenient time for trainings. So Inconvenient for everyone but me. Why? Cuz it's Saturday morning. It's not hot outside. Plenty of time after meeting. And locals wake up early. For example, every morning at 6:00, about ten women gather under my window to do exercises. Isn't it great? So far only two people come to the sessions now. Me and my ten years old neighbor Lan. There are sessions when we spend our time very productively, and there are days when nothing works out. Then I think I need more patience and the ability to explain how to do the exercises. Frisbear feestyle sessions started in order to draw more attention to the frisbee sport in the Ecopark neighborhood, yet sometimes I want to stay alone. Train, fool around and don't rush anywhere.
