I absolutely loved collaborating with Adidas Terrex to bring you this episode on the topic of pressure. We dove into the topic, and it was also super insightful to share thoughts from my journal and reflect on some of the self-doubt I had before the Stifel Killington Cup…competing on home turf always adds a layer of pressure I don’t experience elsewhere. Pressure can make things feel impossible. Most things are never truly impossible…it’s really how you respond to that, that matters. Join me as I explore what causes pressure…is it winning?
