'Kate Says ‘Thank You’ with Christmas Carol Service' The Duchess of Cambridge helped to decorate Westminster Abbey with Christmas trees donated by The Queen before hosting a carol service for those who have been particularly isolated during the pandemic. The Duchess of Cambridge also invited those who supported their communities during the pandemic to say “thank you”. Prince William, Princess Beatrice, Zara Tindall, and the Countess of Wessex also joined for the service, while Ellie Goulding, Leona Lewis, and Westminster Abbey choir performed Christmas carols and The Duke of Cambridge delivered a reading.
