She is alone. They cannot touch her. A scene from the beginning of the 1976 movie “Taxi Driver“ where Travis Bickle first takes notice of Betsy. Watch for a cameo of director Martin Scorsese in the background (the man in blue jeans and a black shirt). This is my favorite movie scene of all-time, the combination of the jazzy music and the slow-motion is so beautiful.
