Видео, снятое Бартеком - моим хостером в Титибу. Mochitsuki (餅つき) is a communal event which involves households and communities in making rice cakes as a part of New Year celebration. It is an all-day event which requires many hands, long hours, and physical labor, but is also a time of fellowship and socializing with friends and family. The sweet glutonous rice is boiled, pounded, cut into small pieces and finally eaten with soy sauce, kinako sweet soy bean flour or other flavours. Al
