Tropical Storm Elsa Hits Florida Keys As Hurricane Watch Issued

Rain and wind are picking up in the Florida Keys as Tropical Storm Elsa barrels through the state with dangerous flooding. A hurricane watch was just issued near Tampa and parts of Georgia and South Carolina are now under a tropical storm watch as well.
