We wear so many different hats every day… daughter, friend, colleague, and so much more. With so many roles in life, sometimes it can feel like we're being pulled in a hundred different directions and we start to feel lost. How do we balance it all? While these roles are important because they give us a sense of purpose and validation, we are not the roles we play. We are in fact, the light that animates every soul in the dance that we call life. If you can accept who you are and be that very person, without fear of rejection, then you’ll no longer need to play ‘roles’ – they’ll have diminished meaning because you become more ‘you’. It takes courage to step into the fullness of just being you. But when you start to do that, you’ll feel a greater appreciation, not just for yourself, but also for the people around you. And you’ll find more peace in your soul. Filmed in Singapore. Featuring Siti Nur Iman.
